Norman Foster has managed to create a beautiful building for an amazing purpose. Located in Manchester, this timber latticed structure and edgy greenhouse serve as a charitable organization where people affected by cancer can go for support. After surviving cancer himself, Foster has provided a caring environment for people who need it within the walls of an incredibly designed building. Affiliated with the Christie hospital, this building is made up of a timber frame as well as long glass windows that offer warm sunlight streaming in an obvious connection with the outdoors. We love this building not only for its amazing and inspiring look, but also for the purpose it is serving. The visually appealing architecture is beat only by the reason it exists, and for that, we thank Norman Foster and wish this place the best of luck!
