WHAT TYPE OF MATERIAL IS USED IN THESE WATCHES?
We source the finest materials from around the world. In keeping with our conscious philosophy, the wood used in making our straps come from 100% lumber off-cuts that would otherwise end up in the waste stream. Our Carpenter Collection features Makore, Maple, Teak, Bamboo, Blackwood, Silverheart, and Red Sanders. Our leather straps for our Mason Collection and Classic Collection are handcrafted in the United States by Amish artisans in Pennsylvania. We source our marble from Italian quarries.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, & Diners Club Cards.
HOW DURABLE ARE THE WATCHES?
We use beautiful and organic materials so they must be treated with some respect and care. We recommend you to store your watch in a temperate environment (do not leave outside, in a car, near hot windows, etc.)
Our wood watches feature genuine wood on the surface and a leather backing. The durability is designed to be comparable to standard leather straps. Should you need a replacement after extended use, we have them available for purchase.
HOW DO THE WOOD WATCHES DO AROUND WATER?
Our watches are water resistant, but not waterproof! The wood is stabilized and treated so as not to swell or absorb moisture. This means splashes of water (say, during dish washing) are okay - light rain and humidity are okay too, however, absolutely no diving, swimming, or showering. This kind of exposure voids the product warranty.

CAN THE BATTERY BE REPLACED?
Yes, you can have the battery replaced at a jewelry or watch repair shop. Howevery, we do not recommend you do this yourself as you can damage the movement and void the warranty.
WHAT ABOUT ALLERGIES TO METAL AND WOOD?
Allergies can be minimized while wearing hypoallergenic products made of all natural wood. While our watches are made mostly out of wood and stone, the crown, clasp, and depending on the watch model, case back are made of metal. We know everyone's skin is different, so we can not guarantee you will not have a reaction to these components. If you have had problems with metals you may want to consult your physician prior to use.
There are very few folks who experience bad reactions to wood and leather, but if you notice discomfort or changes to your skin while wearing our watch, please consult your doctor, immediately. You may be allergic!
Analog Watch Co. holds no responsibility for any possible resulting damages, injuries, or expenses related to causes created by wearing one of our watches.
WHAT ABOUT WARRANTIES?
All Analog Watch Co. watch movements come with a 1-year manufacturers guarantee. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme or improper use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us. Include order number, photos of the suspected issue and a brief description. Analog Watch Co.'s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at an option.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do! We are currently working to ensure we can meet our international customers needs. Delivery to Canada and Europe is typically 7-10 days, however international orders may take several weeks for delivery depending on your country's customs office and local mail carrier.
Customers are responsible for fees that may be charged by their specific country, this includes duties, taxes, and shipping fees. Please note that orders that are returned to us due to being unclaimed by the customer or customers refusal to pay extra fees, cannot be fully refunded.
I'M OUTSIDE OF USA AND CANADA, WHEN WILL MY WATCH ARRIVE?
We ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Local delivery to most countries usually can take up to 10 business days, but may take as long as a month or more to be accepted by customs. So if your order does not arrive on the exact date you expect, please do not worry. It is most likely going through your country's customs office If an order is stuck in customs for over 30 days, then please contact us so we can escalate the matter and take additional steps to make sure you receive the items you paid for.
