WARRANTY & RETURNS
All Analog Watch Co. watch movements come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee. Our watches use all-natural components that require sensitive care and can not be compared to standard plastic or metal watches. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use or accidental misuse. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme or improper use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us via email@example.com. Include order number, photos of the suspected issue, and a brief description. Analog Watch Co.'s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at its option.
This warranty and below return policy does not cover watches given as rewards for pledging to our Kickstarter campaigns.
It is our intent to create a great customer experience. Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of delivery (we have exceptions around the holidays as we know some folks buy gifts in advance). Returns will only be accepted if the item is in unused, unworn, and in resalable condition with the original packaging. If you need to make a return, please email us ahead of time. We'll have you send us the unworn watch along with the receipt and order confirmation number. We will refund the item cost or if defective repair or replace the item based on it's availability with the same or similar. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Analog Watch Co. If problem exists due to our mistake, we will cover shipping costs. For change of mind returns, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping expenses and safely getting the watch to us, so be sure to include tracking numbers. Once the item is sent back to us, we will charge a $5 reshelving fee. For international sales, you are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. You must ship it back with a method that has tracking to ensure it gets to us. Without tracking, we can not process an international return. We recommend you insure the item as if it is lost with your chosen carrier, you can file a lost item claim. Once the item arrives in unworn condition, we will process a refund minus a $15 fee for the initial shipping cost.
The pieces of wood and marble we use have character differences, including but not limited to inclusions, grains, veins, and knots. Therefore, natural variations do occur and should be expected.
