WARRANTY & RETURNS
All Analog Watch Co. watches and their movements come with a 1-year manufacturers guarantee. Our watches use all-natural components that require sensitive care and cannot be compared to standard plastic or metal watches. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use or accidental misuse. The warranty may be rejected on products showing evidence of extreme or improper use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org. Include order number, photos of the suspected issue, and a brief description. Analog Watch Co.'s obligations are limited to repair or replacement at its option.
This warranty and below return policy does not cover watches given as rewards for pledging to our Kickstarter campaigns. Other items on our site come with a 30-day manufacturers defect warranty and do not cover accidental damage due to misuse or improper care.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
It is our intent to create a great customer experience. Unused items may be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks of delivery. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in unused, unworn, and in resalable condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returns on sale items, including items purchased using a discount sale code. If you need to make a return, please email us ahead of time, do not simply send us your items. We'll have you send us the unworn watch or unused items along with the receipt and order confirmation number. We will refund the item cost, or if defective repair or replace the item based on its availability with the same or similar style. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Analog Watch Co. If problem exists due to our mistake, we will cover shipping costs. For change of mind returns on non-sale items or items purchased without a discount sale code, the purchaser is responsible for the return shipping expenses and safely getting the watch to us, so be sure to include tracking numbers. Returns and exchanges for USA customers: Once the item is sent back to us, we will charge a $10 re-shelving fee. This fee covers the logistics, re-shelving and inspection. Returns for international customers: You are responsible for the cost to ship the item back to us. Choose a method that has tracking to ensure it gets to us. Without tracking, you risk the item being lost in transit and never arriving to us. We recommend you insure the item so if it is lost with your chosen carrier, you can file a lost item claim. Once the item arrives in unused and resalable condition, we will process a refund minus a $15. If you are an international customer and want to do an exchange, the fee is $25. Customers are responsible for getting the item(s) back to us.
Our products are made using natural materials and have character differences, including but not limited to inclusions, grains, veins, and knots. Therefore, natural variations do occur and should be expected. Should you want to make a change of mind return to swap it out with another unit of the same item, you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to us. The $10 re-shelving fee applies for logistics of the initial item and to cover our shipping costs.
